At DMS Machining, we know a “one size fits all” approach doesn’t cut it, especially when serving a variety of industries. We have the capability of manufacturing items for your prints, part samples, or our engineers can create custom designs and prints to your specifications.
With the use of our state-of-the-art equipment, our certified technicians and machinists manufacture quality parts and components that exceed industry standards. Our approach has always been to offer a wide variety of basic machine tools to provide for the majority of our customer needs: milling; turning; vertical turning; horizontal boring; keyseating; press work; dynamic balancing. The core machining operations we perform are turning, milling, boring.
Machining Services
CNC Milling
Our milling envelope ranges from Bridgeport size to our Futurmill at 16’ x 8’ x 4’. Our horizontal turning envelope ranges from a small Southbend tool room lathe to a Poreba at 36” swing x 17’. We provide this capability with a 2020 TRAK CNC mill with X 60” Y 23” Z 24.24.
CNC Turning
Our vertical turning is performed on (2) Bullard Model 75 VTLs: one with a 72” diameter table x 60” height and the second with a 56” table x 72” height. Our horizontal boring envelope range is a Wotan 3” spindle with a 32” x 39” rotary table, a G&L 4” spindle with a 48” x 96” table, and a Wotan 5-1/4” spindle with a 74” x 82” rotary table. We provide this capability with a 2020 TRAK CNC lathe with 24” swing and 72” center to center.
